Neck circumference, use a soft tape measure or piece of string and wrap it snugly around the base of your dog’s neck--snug enough so that you cannot fit any fingers under the measuring tape. 2. The size in inches from the neck to the snout. NOTE: We have 2 sizes for choice, Small size 6# and Medium size 5#, please notice if you choose the rgiht one when order. If your pet's measurement is close to the maximum please order the next size up.
