Changing the foam pad head is effortless. Simply click out the tabs from the head, twist, and remove. Adding or removing the foam pad couldn't be easier - attach the pad using the blue polyester side, sticking one end to the black Velcro on one side of the head. Then, bend the pad to curve around the top, and attach the other end to the black Velcro on the opposite side.
