What if the dog doesn't respond when the shock button is pressed?

1. When you press the shock button, please check whether the indicator light on the receiver and remote control is red.
2. Please make sure that two metal prongs touch the dog's skin directly at the same time.
3. Please remove the two conductive silicone prong covers to try, conductive silicone prong can weaken electric shock.

Press the power button of the Receiver Collar to turn the receiver on, the green LED flashes.

1. Press the Shock button or vibration button on the right side of the remote.
2. Rotate the level regulator to adjust the Shock or vibration intensity.
3. Then press the Shock button or vibration button on the front of the remote to train your dog.

Test the shock function before wearing the shock collar on your dog.

1. Use this Test Light Tool to test the shock function before wearing it on your dog.
2. When you use shock function, make sure that both the two contact points touch the skin.
3. If you don't use shock mode, you can remove the conductive points from the receiver, and the dog will be more comfortable.

The recharge time is 1.5-2 hours to fully recharge the battery. The receiver will then remain in standby mode for 15 days, the transmitter for up to 180 days depending on use.

Note: The remote control has a power saving mode. When the remote control is not operated for more than 3 minutes, the screen will turn off and you can activate the screen by pressing any button (The switch knob cannot activate the screen directly in this situation).

When charging the receiver: it lights up red when plugged in and will intermittently flash green (green is the signal light). After about 2 hours, it will turn green, indicating that the receiver is fully charged.

When charging the remote: it lights up red when charging. After about 2 hours, it will turn green, indicating that the remote is fully charged.

Question: Both the receiver and the remote control are fully charged, but the receiver does not respond when the remote control is pressed. What happened?

Answer:

1. Make sure the receiver is turned on.
2. Please check if the remote is switched to the "CH1".
3. If it still doesn't work, you need to re-pair.

Check the tightness of the shock collars for medium dogs with remote 2 pack by inserting one or two fingers snugly between the collar and neck.

If you don't need the shock function, you can remove the metal probes so that wearing the shock collar is more comfortable for your dog. If you use it, please make sure the two conductive points have contacted with the dog's skin on the underside of the neck directly at the same time.

Avoid leaving the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day, as it may cause skin irritation. Keep checking the dog's skin condition every day.

Q3: How to re-pair the remote and the receiver?

1. Make sure the receiver is turned off.
2. Turn on the remote control.
3. Press "CH" button on the right side of the remote control to select the channel you want to pair. Then press and hold the "CH" button until the green light flashes.
4. Press and hold the on/off button of the receiver for about 6 seconds. Immediately, you will hear a beep and the green light will flash. Then you can see the power display of the receiver on the screen of the remote control, indicating that the pairing is successful.
