Preparation - Rinse the cave thoroughly before placing it in the water tank. A complete soak in freshwater is suggested before placing the coco hide in aquarium. However, boiling is optional. Coconuts do have some husk still on them to make them look more natural. We always use partially husked coconuts. Coconuts have a 2" opening, full diameter is about 4’’.
