You must register your samples on our website before shipping. Once registered, you will receive an order number.
Once registered, ship your samples to our Florida, USA laboratory for processing, clearly indicating the order number. You may ship them yourself or use our expedited prepaid services, such as FedEx or UPS, which can be paid for during registration, allowing you to download the shipping label instantly.
Your purchase includes one prepaid test. Each kit also contains five blood cards in case you wish to test additional birds. Extra tests can be purchased directly on our website during sample registration.
Results will be sent 24-48 hours after receiving samples.
